In what shoes do LOU insoles work?
LOU insoles are suitable for all types of athletic footwear—walking/running shoes, track shoes, cleats/field shoes, court shoes, or hiking boots.
Sometimes I wear 7.5 and sometimes I wear an 8. Which size should I buy?
If you are between sizes, we always recommend SIZING DOWN.
What if I have different sized feet?
If you have different sized feet (say, one foot is a size 7.5 and the other is size 8.5), it's best to purchase the size that fits each foot.
Will I need a larger size shoe to accommodate LOU insoles?
No. LOU insoles fit in your existing shoes. Remember, they are replacement insoles.
How do I clean LOU insoles?
:: Clean foam insoles by hand-washing with mild soap and warm water, or a 50/50 water-vinegar mix
:: Avoid full saturation to prevent damage
:: Gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse, and air dry completely
:: Never put insoles in a machine or dry on high heat
:: Odors can be neutralized with baking soda or by freezing the insoles
What are LOU insoles made of?
LOU insoles are made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam and polyester
If I am not happy, can I return the product?
Absolutely! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return your insoles within 90 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Please email customercare@vivianlou.com with your order number to being the process.
