Sometimes I wear 7.5 and sometimes I wear an 8. Which size should I buy?

What if I have different sized feet?

How do I clean LOU insoles?
:: Clean foam insoles by hand-washing with mild soap and warm water, or a 50/50 water-vinegar mix

:: Gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse, and air dry completely
:: Never put insoles in a machine or dry on high heat
:: Odors can be neutralized with baking soda or by freezing the insoles
