Shipping and delivery

Order Fulfillment
LOU insoles ship directly to you from our warehouses located in Denver, Colorado.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and ship same day if placed before 12 PM (noon) Mountain Time. U.S. All orders placed after 12 PM MT will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday and on the weekend will ship on Monday.

Shipping
LOU orders are shipped in the U.S. via USPS and FedEx. You choose the shipping carrier during check out.

Once processed, USPS orders arrive between 5 and 7 business days once shipped.

Once processed, FedEx orders arrive in 3 days. Unfortunately, there are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24-48 hrs.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.

Double check that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order/payment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once order is placed.

Missing Deliveries
LOU insoles is NOT responsible for your package once it has shipped. All claims must be filed directly through USPS or FedEx with the tracking info you are given if you need to locate/file for a lost or stolen package.
